Should you wish to rent this property, a Holding Deposit equivalent to one week's rent will be payable. If you proceed with the Tenancy, your Holding Deposit will be credited to the first month's rent. As soon as you have paid your Holding Deposit, we will start the referencing process and prepare your Tenancy Agreement. You will have 5 working days from when you receive the Tenancy Agreement to read and approve its content and then sign and return it to us, during which time we will label the property as 'Let Agreed' and not accept any other offers.
