From 1st June 2019 the tenant fee ban came in to force, prohibiting landlords and agents from charging any fees to tenants, other then those permitted by the Act. Any tenancy signed after 1st June 2019 must adhere to the new regulations. Rouge Property Estates Ltd welcomes the introduction of this act and adheres to it.
