£75 Tenant Referencing Fee (per tenant).  Please note that there will be additional fees if a guarantor is required. £180 Tenancy Administration Fee (per property) to include negotiating terms and arranging the tenancy agreement. £75 - £250 Tenant Accompanied Check In Fee (TBC dependent on size of property - maximum fee applies) -  to include preparing an Inventory and Schedule of Condition of the property including meter readings. The above fees include VAT.
