Colliers Wood is an up-and-coming area in South West London and one of its best kept secrets, sharing the famous SW19 postcode with nearby Wimbledon. “Collywood”, as its residents affectionately call it, has a combination of modest Victorian, Edwardian and later terrace houses; some of which have been converted into flats. There are a number of new build developments popping up as the demand for property exceeds supply. Colliers Wood is situated on the Northern Line, and it takes less than 25 minutes to get into the City. It is also on the CS7 continuous super cycle highway lane into Southwark Bridge as well as giving easy access to the A3. Wimbledon mainline station and District Line are within walking distance providing easy access into the West End.
