Tenant Charges Initial charges: - Preparation of tenancy agreement £75 &#43; VAT - Referencing, including Right to Rent check - individual applicant or guarantor £40 &#43; VAT per person - Referencing - company tenant or guarantor £50 &#43; VAT per application - Inventory check-out (Varies for size of property) £120 - £300 per property - Holding deposit £250* These charges will be taken once you make a formal offer for a property. All offers are subject to contract and the holding deposit will be held against our expenses in processing your application. Please be aware that if you make an offer and later withdraw from this, then you may lose all or some of the above. Please ask us for further details. Plus, before the start of the tenancy: - Rent equivalent to 1 x month&#39;s rent (* less the amount paid above) but depending on the terms agreed - Security deposit usually equivalent 6 x week&#39;s rent Charges during the tenancy may include: Addendum to the tenancy agreement £75 &#43; VAT Preparation of renewal tenancy agreement £75 &#43; VAT Should you wish to end the tenancy other than in line with the contract, or change one or more of the named tenants, then further charges may apply.
