Our office in Bishops Park opened in 2013, joining forces with our existing Savills office in Parsons Green to double our efforts in selling and renting property in and around Fulham. We are residential property experts, but while we have a heavy local focus, we can also draw on an array of specialist capabilities from our wider national and international network.

We concentrate our efforts from Putney Bridge, running north either side of Fulham Palace Road, all the way up to Hammersmith. We are also active across the Munster Village area.

Most visited website
Savills.co.uk is the most visited UK national estate agency website, averaging over 2.4 million visits a month in 2020, and recording over 3.1 million visits in January 2021.

Global exposure
Our site is available in 22 languages including English, Chinese, Spanish and Russian. This guarantees your property will have the global exposure it deserves as well as providing access to more buyers via our website. Put simply, because we get more qualified visits, you get more opportunities to sell.

Local knowledge

Living in Fulham Bishops Park
Fulham is a popular, family-friendly part of London, attracting aspirational buyers from across the capital and indeed the world. With a village feel, independent shops, leafy parks – Bishops Park even has its own urban beach – added to the delights of Fulham Palace (the historic home and garden of the Bishops of London), it is unsurprising that so many people choose to live in this part of London. The March boat race and November fireworks are annual highlights, whilst farmers markets and park runs add regular spice to life. Much of the housing here comprises semi-detached bay-fronted family homes, with more space than is usual in neighbouring areas. Close to Hammersmith, these homes are accompanied by contemporary, waterside apartments.
