Tenant Fee Information

We believe in transparency, which is why there are no administration fees to pay. Tenants are only responsible for the following:

Rent and rent in advance

Deposit: Equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent (if total annual rent is under £50,000) or 6 weeks’ rent (if total annual rent is £50,000 or more)

Holding deposit: 1 week’s rent (to reserve a property) – Please contact our agents for more details

Tenancy changes: £50 (or reasonably incurred costs, if higher) for variation, assignment, or novation of a tenancy

Utility payments: Including electricity, gas, water, communication services, TV licence, and Council Tax

Default fees: Charges may apply for late rent payments and replacement of lost keys/security devices, as outlined in the tenancy agreement
