Our Letting Fees explained:- TENANTS FEES: Single tenant application £354 A straight forward no hassle fixed fee with no hidden extras, due at the start of the tenancy agreement. This amount incorporates our administration charge, referencing charge and preparation of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement, lodging your deposit with the DPS and help with setting up your standing order for rent payments. Joint tenancy application £474  A straight forward no hassle fixed fee with no hidden extras, due at the start of the tenancy agreement.
