The company now offers holiday lettings, residential lettings and sales services across the South Coast. In addition, they also provide in-house laundry, cleaning and a troubleshooting team service, plus 24/7 out of hours support and extended opening hours.

Based on Poole Hill, the Smart Home office has a high street presence that appeals to passers-by who can walk in and be welcomed by staff who have extensive knowledge of the area. Many clients are visiting from abroad or relocating to the area so the team apply an all-inclusive approach and can advise on all things such as local schools and transport links.
