Headed by Miles Turner who has over 40 years experience in the property management industry along with post graduate professional qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Housing, Miles has studied law at degree level, has lectured across the country on the law and best practice in property management and is a landlord in his own right.
Nicky Taylor, the Director with day-to-day responsibility for delivering our services to clients, has over 20 years experience of property management and has formal property management qualifications.
The business is supported by office staff with decades of experience in the property industry.

Landlords
There is a constant deluge of laws being introduced to govern the relationship between landlords, tenants and the management of rented properties. We always ensure we are familiar with the ever-changing legal landscape to be able to advise you of your obligations.
Landlord and tenant relationships do not just rely on the law. With decades of experience, we ensure the best tenants are selected at the start of a tenancy, a comprehensive tenancy agreement is in place to protect you and your property, regular inspections are carried out to monitor the property and the latest technology is employed to ensure prompt payment of rents and availability of financial information at the touch of a button.
FEES
Our fees are kept as simple as possible.
For FULLY MANAGED properties where we –
1) Initially advise on presentation of the property, rent level, legal issues etc.,
2) Advertise the property nationally on ONTHEMARKET.com,
3) Accompany viewings of the property,
4) Carry out in-depth referencing of the tenant,
5) Sign them up on the appropriate tenancy agreement and serve them with the correct documents at the commencement of the tenancy to ensure full compliance with the law, 6) Collection of the initial rent and deposit
7) Protecting the deposit in line with current legislation
8) Collecting and monitoring rent payments on a monthly basis
9) Transferring rent to your bank account and sending emails to you accounting for all income and expenditure
10) Carrying out regular inspections
11) Dealing with repairs and maintenance issues
12) Dealing with any other property management issues raised by the tenant of landlord
FULL FEE 10% of the rent collected. We do not charge landlords any other fees.

Flat block management
We have vast experience in providing facilities management to owner-occupiers of flats where there is a need for management of communal areas such as gardens, corridors, lifts, service charge collections etc.,
As an owner-occupier you do not just have to pay high costs for poor and expensive services from your landlord or current property management company. The law allows you to takeover the management of your homes and appoint managing agents of your choice.
We have a wealth of experience and a 100% record of success in guiding owners through the complex Right to Manage (RTM) legislation.
Our philosophy in managing blocks of flats for owner-occupiers is to provide a service tailored to the requirements of the owners within the constraints of the lease and legislation. Our job is to guide and carry out the owners wishes, not to dictate which contractors you must use, what work must be done, what the service charge level should be etc.,
Unlike many managing agents, we do not charge “commissions” on services, we agree a fixed management fee for our services, our duty is then to get the best value services for you without adding on hidden charges by taking commission for service providers, insurance premiums etc. In the vast majority of cases, where we are appointed as managers, we save money for the owners in areas such a insurance, major works etc. All these saving are passed back to you through your service charges and help to keep the cost of maintaining your homes as reasonable as possible.
