He also undertook the supervision of new buildings – residential and commercial in the area and worked until he sadly passed away in 2007.Nick who worked alongside his father, gaining considerable professional experience along the way, carried on the business on his father’s death and despite the most horrendous recession, is steering it through to further success. The success of our business we believe is keeping it small – we have resisted the route of starting up a Letting Department as most of our competitors have done as this, we feel, takes our attention away from the job of selling houses. We concentrate wholeheartedly on the sale of every house – being there for our clients whatever time of day. This is not a 9-5 office – we work well into the evening and weekends and give our clients one hundred per cent of our attention.
