Letting and Management

Today the business manages over 3,000 properties for more than 2,500 landlords and puts in place over 2,600 new tenancies every year for the many thousands of individuals who call City Centre and South Manchester their home. Thornley Groves’ Property Management Team is responsible for making sure the residents live in homes that are fully functioning, overseeing repairs, maintenance and improvements when things break down and providing new places to live when they decide to move. They carry out over 10,000 routine inspections every year of the properties they manage on behalf of landlords to ensure their property is being cared for and that the tenants are happy.
