Townsends has been established since 1992, giving us a wealth of knowledge of sales, lettings and property management in Cornwall. Whilst we are based in Falmouth, we cover the whole of Cornwall as our knowledgeable team are from all over the county.

Our business is taking care of you and your property. As we are truly independent, we are able to tailor our services to suit your needs, whatever they may be. We take pride in being transparent and honest. We take no commissions or fees from solicitors, mortgage brokers or contractors, so if we recommend someone to you, it is because we truly believe they are the best person for the job. 

To keep up with the ever changing landscape of the property market and legislation, we ensure our team are trained to the highest standards. This enables us to give the most up to date advice to our client and assist with the diverse issues that vendors and landlords can face when dealing with their property.
