Permitted Payments:A holding deposit, equivalent to one week&#39;s rent is required to secure property. This will be deducted from the first month&#39;s rent providing that you do not withdraw from your application, do not provide inaccurate information, fail to disclose vital information or fail to proceed with the tenancy within a reasonable time.There is a fee of £50 for any tenancy changes, as requested by the tenant. If the tenant would like to terminate the tenancy early, and if agreed in writing with the landlord, there will be a fee of £50 payable by the tenant as an administration cost. This is subject to change due to any reasonable costs incurred. The tenant will be charged for the replacement of any lost Keys or Security Devices as necessary. Trace Property obtains Total Loss Client Money protection through CMP (Client Money Protection). Trace Property are members of The Property Redress Scheme.
