PERMITTED PAYMENTS BEFORE YOUR TENANCYDeposit: No more than 5 weeks rent.Holding deposit: £100.00 which is offset against the first month’s rent if you go ahead with the tenancy.DURING YOUR TENANCYAmendment Fee: £50 (inc VAT)Contract negotiation, amending terms and updating your tenancy agreement during your tenancy.Tenancy Swap: £50 (inc VAT)Default fees: If any Tenant loses or misplaces a key or security device giving access to the Premises and requires a replacement, a default fee will be charged.Damages: The Landlord and the Agent are entitled to recover damages for breach of contract.
