On acceptance of an offer we will ask you to pay a holding deposit of one week’s rent (deductible from the
first month’s rental) together with our fees of £249.00 plus VAT for the first
tenant and £60.00 plus VAT for each additional tenant. Should a guarantor be
required, there is an additional charge of £60.00 plus VAT. Should you decide not to proceed with the tenancy, provide misleading information or fail to provide all the necessary information to proceed within a responsible time frame (48 hours) the holding deposit together with the admin fees will be forfeited
