Mr Boyer’s Personal Statement:
I am a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
I was first employed by Walter G. Elms just before my final Estate Management exams in April 1976.
I became the principal of Walter Elms at the age of twenty two in approximately July 1977, taking over from Mr B. Woolf the former principal. Mr Woolf subsequently acquired the practice of Walter Inge Chartered Surveyors.
I became a fellow member of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers on 6th September 1985.
The Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers amalgamated with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors on 1st January 2000. On that date I became a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
I have traded from these premises in Brixton continuously from 1977. I have since my employment by Walter G. Elms dealt with the surveying of residential and commercial premises.
I started surveying work in general, in about 1986 and have done so since that time.
