Since its formation the company has expanded with the addition of a record office opening in the High Street in 2005 run by Warwick's son and Chartered Surveyor Darren Baker who has been practising for 22 years. This office predominantly caters for residential lettings and commercial properties. He is assisted in this office by Terry John Lettings Administrator joining in 2005, followed by Kerry Adams Lettings Negotiator, and more recently by Clare Horne Administration Assistant, and Nikki Pattenden Viewings and Inspection Clerk. Gregory Taylor who specialises in IT and the Companies commercial portfolio also came to the company in 2005.

The residential letting/commercial office is situated on Shoreham High Street north side of the main A259 opposite the footbridge to the Shoreham Beach area.
