Established local lettings and property management agency trading for the last 14 years, owner Kirsten Learmont has more than 25 years’ industry experience. The highlights of the last decade have been building a business and seeing it go from strength to strength.
Started with just 4 properties in 2009 and continue to expand our portfolio throughout Dumfries and Galloway.
Completed the Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 Lettings &amp; Managing Residential Property and hold professional qualifications.
To comply with changes in the industry all letting agents must join the Scottish Letting Agent Register to continue trading. We Love Property are members of the Property Ombudsman, Scottish Accreditation Scotland and Charted Institute of Housing ensuring we are the first to know about any changes in legislation to pass onto our clients.
We offer a friendly and professional service, handling everything from tenancy agreements to tenant finder only to the full management service.
