Flowing into the open plan kitchen, diner, lounge with windows all around showing the sea views of St Mary's Bay. Beautiful modern kitchen with integrated dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, gas oven, grill & 5 ring hob, silver American fridge freezer. Modern glass dinning table with 4 chairs for those family meals.

The lounge area has sea views all around from every window/patio door & bi-folding doors. Cream sofa with modern metal stud detail and 2 matching arm chairs, wood coffee table/wood unit, modern wall mounted electric log fire is like luxury at your finger tips, you truly wont believe this is your holiday home! An extra which is only to the Rivendale is a snug with wood bi-folding doors, brown soft to touch pull out double sofa bed, arm chair and unit and again those stunning sea views. Imagine chilling, reading a book whilst drinking tea/coffee watching the ships sail by.

The hallway has modern wall panels with spot lights giving you access in to the guest room with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, mirror and a Moroccan vibe ceiling shade. Modern family bathroom with over head shower, sink & toilet. The best is last, the master bedroom which is huge! Modern furniture flowing through, double size bed, bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobes with some mirrored doors leading in to an en-suite large walk in shower with sink & toilet.

This Pemberton Rivendale luxury lodge is amazing and will make a fantastic holiday home.
