The Tenant is responsible (should they choose) to pay a deductible holding deposit of one weeks rent for assured shorthold tenancies, the rent, usually on a per calendar monthly or quarterly basis and pay a refundable deposit, held by the agent as stakeholder against any damages or dilapidations of five weeks rent for assured shorthold tenancies of under Â£100,000 per annum and six weeks rent for Tenancies over Â£100,000 per annum.
