SELLERS INSIGHT Where do we begin in describing all the reasons why we have loved living here for the last seven years? Perhaps the stunning views from all of our large bay windows or the wonderful high ceilings and light filled rooms we have here? We have spent many a summer's evening in our lovely courtyard garden, bifolds open, playing games, drinking delicious g&ts and toasting marshmallows around the firepit while the sound of our music playing blends harmoniously with that of the birds singing all around us. We will miss our weekend jaunt, along Teign View Road, through beautiful fields with wonderful views and down through Happy Valley with it's bluebell woods in Spring, stop off for a coffee from Crew and loop through the village back home. Those have been calm and beautiful days with no need to drive anywhere, we have been so lucky to have such a fantastic walk on our doorstep. We will certainly miss opening our front door in the morning to a beautiful sunrise and the view of pretty Bishopsteignton cascading softly down to the glistening river. It is just a 2 minute stroll to our two local pubs that serve amazing food and drink or a 1 minute stroll up the road to the sprawling vineyard with it's beautiful green fields of vines and stunning views over the countryside, a wonderful place for an evening meal. I wonder though, if it is the community that we will miss most which is part of every day life here. The holiday periods when members of our local community organise fun trails around the village for children and adults alike. We will never forget the the winter of 2018 when we and all our neighbours pulled together and took care of each other, amidst heavy snow and power cuts. The sense of community on our road and in our village is very special indeed!

15 Radway Street we will miss you!

LOCATION Location:
Bishopsteignton is a highly desirable estuary village with an excellent community feel. The village has many local amenities including a primary school, two pubs, churches, a pharmacy, a local brewery, post office, general stores and a small hotel. The market town of Newton Abbot is accessible within approximately 4 miles to the west and offers further amenities including schooling, shopping and leisure facilities. The coastal town of Teignmouth is approximately 2 miles to the east and once again offers schooling, shops and also sandy beaches with a pier and an 18-hole golf course. Mainline rail services are available in both Newton Abbot and Teignmouth. The A380 dual carriageway linking Torbay to the south with Exeter and the M5 to the north is accessible within approximately 2 miles of the village.

Professional, reliable, approachable. The way estate agents should be. We believe that estate agency is about far more than just selling and renting homes,
and since Chamberlains was established in 1998 our philosophy has been simple – provide an exceptional service to customers by listening to their individual
needs and requirements and finding solutions that work. We firmly believe that estate agency is a ‘people’ business and that’s why we embed our offices in
the local communities they serve.
