There is an induction hob, full height fridge freezer and separate drinks freezer and dishwasher. There is also a boiling tap over the sink. A utility room with stainless steel sink leads to a handy rear lobby which is an ideal place to store outdoor coats, shoes, wellingtons etc. There is also access to the plant room/store which can also be accessed from the car port. A bike store is also included with storage for up to 4 bikes.

FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms. The two end bedrooms have ensuites, one with shower and bath, wc and wash basin, the other has a shower, wc and wash basin. Both of these bedrooms have delightful corner windows which overlook the garden and woodland beyond.

SECOND FLOOR
Stairs lead up to a very flexible space which is described as a play area/den. There is also a further bedroom and ensuite bathroom with shower, wc and wash basin.
