Not only is it well-presented inside, but it is also ideally located for both Brighton and Sussex Universities with the Brighton campus in easy walking distance while you can take a bus to Falmer or into the city in minutes. While there may not be many pubs and bars nearby, the city is a short bus ride away, and there are several local shops and takeaway establishments within walking distance, so you won’t go hungry!
There is also plenty to entertain you on either university campus and this is a popular area for students so there will be friends nearby.
