We are pleased to introduce The 2010 Monaco Duo Lodge here at Forest Views,
The lounge area has plenty of space all ready for freestanding sofas, there is a stylish electric fire and front opening doors out to the decking which is ideal for enjoying the summer sun.
If you like entertaining the Monaco Duo is fabulous. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas mean that socialising is simple whether you are cooking, eating or relaxing. There is an L-shaped work area with large cooker and extractor. There is also an integrated microwave, hob. Plus there is an integrated dishwasher meaning there are home-from-home features throughout.
The breakfast bar in the middle of the kitchen area ensures there is extra dining space if required, or extra worktop space, with cupboards underneath it becomes a valuable asset.
The dining area has lovely front double doors which open out on to the side of the decking and let lots of natural light in to the lodge.
In the bedrooms there are 2 twin rooms. The main room has a double bed with bedside storage, a striking headboard. There is also a dressing table with upholstered stool, which is great for getting ready.
The main bedroom which leads through to an en-suite shower room. There is a shower enclosure, heated towel rail, WC and wash basin mounted on a vanity unit.
The twin rooms have a similar set up with differing colour scheme, there are also built in wardrobes to each twin room. There is a smaller dressing table here with stool, but ample room to get ready in comfort.
The main bathroom has a shower , vanity unit with wash basin and WC which is located just off the hall.
Forest Views is open all year round, the views are incredibly beautiful, be sure to enjoy them whilst relaxing.
Price includes all siting, connections and safety tests, 2021 pitch fees, large exterior sundeck with glass panel finish, full valet prior to handover.
