Completely renovated from top to bottom 3 years ago, with gorgeous south westerly views over National Trust fields, the River Exe & the hills beyond. 100 metres from the famous Exe Estuary Trail, a short drive to the beach (or cycle!), or a 30 minute traffic free walk to the village of Lympstone with its pubs and eateries. Outside there is a completely enclosed garden (Dog & small children safe).
The space
2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom and there is also a sofa bed downstairs.
A modern shower room upstairs. But its worth noting that there is no bath in the property. Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Its very comfortable, light and sociable. The space is arranged to take full advantage of the beautiful views of the Exe estuary with bifold doors opening out from the downstairs space onto a balcony. Within the lounge area there is a wood burner. The property also benefits from parking for two cars, and on road parking available.
