Welcome to plum lettings , a small, boutique agency letting and managing property in the Wandsworth and Merton boroughs since 1990.  For almost 30 years we were located on the 'Grid', a very popular residential area of Southfields, but in 2018 moved to new premises just a mile down the road in SW19. Truly independent and in complete contrast to many of the large chains you will form a working relationship with the same small team of people headed by founder/manager Fay Perera, which means we can provide a very personal, bespoke service.  What's more, we are dedicated to letting and management which is our sole business, not just a sideline. Over the years we have adapted to an abundance of new legislation affecting the letting industry and have witnessed the arrival and departure of many competitors.
