The land is situated on the fringe of the village of Eaglesfield within the Allerdale district, in the county of Cumbria. From Keswick follow the A66 west towards Cockermouth upon reaching the roundabout at Cockermouth take the first exit onto the A5086 and follow for 1.1 miles.
