The Property Shop Yorkshire has been born from a need within the town, as lots of people ask me for help and advice on managing their own properties, tenant issues, project managing and renovations etc, and this has led to me taking on other landlords properties successfully. It's been mainly through word of mouth because within the community I have a good track record running my properties, keeping them full and getting the rent in.  There have been ups and downs with many a story to tell. We pride ourselves on the fact that we have invested and own our Shop and Office situated 140-144 Quay Road in the sunny seaside resort of Bridlington, our landlords are safe in the knowledge we are not going anywhere, have client money protection in place and are part of the UKALA Landlords Association with specific support knowledge and accreditations as a lettings agency. We specialise in Flat, House and Bungalow Lettings, Commercial units and Block Property Management, also portfolios of multiple properties for landlords.
