addition to the administration fee, a financial Guarantor is required by
landlords accepting Student Applicants (Tenant) or from applicants that are
about to begin their first full time employment after completing college or

Fee £108.00 (inclusive of VAT &#64; 20%), in the event that a Guarantor fails a
credit check, we will process only one further new Guarantor application,
