The referencing and administration fee is £200 &#43; VAT for the first applicant and £150 &#43; VAT for every other person. All tenants over the age of 18 must be reference checked. If a guarantor is needed the cost is £100 (including VAT). There is an additional fee of £80 &#43; VAT if you wish to renew the tenancy.
