This enchanting property, not surprisingly called "Settimo Cielo", is located on a splendid hill, in an elevated position with respect to the surrounding valley, with a beautiful view of the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan hills.
A direct road, of about 15 minutes from the motorway exit and two minutes of dirt road through the woods surrounded by the scents of the earth, mushrooms and vegetation leads to the enchanting villa.
The property enjoys total privacy: it is surrounded by a garden full of flowers with a large convivial space, immersed in the tranquility that characterizes Tuscan landscapes.
In the garden there is a wood oven with an adjoining dining area. A stone archway leads to the Secret Garden where there is a delightful stone fountain and further dining space.
The garden is well stocked with Oleander, Agapanthus, Verbena, Roses and other plants and bulbs as well as a number of small topiary trees. Laurel hedging has been planted to create a secret enclosed outdoor space.

Lunigiana is a beautiful land situated at the end of the Magra river, between Liguria and Tuscany. The name derives from the ancient Roman city of Luni, not far from where Sarzana stands today.  Surrounded by the two mountain ranges of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and the Apuan Alps, it has always been a border territory, wooded and rich in ancient settlements with a unique character.
