From Cockermouth take the A66 heading towards Workington. At the Bridgefoot Roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A595. Remain on the A595 for approximately 32 miles until reaching the village of Bootle. Within the village, turn right before the
Church on to Chapel Lane, after approximately 0.1 miles the land is located on your left-hand side.
From the South/Broughton-in-Furness
From Broughton-in-Furness, join the A595 and follow for approximately 11 miles until reaching the village of Bootle. Take the left hand turn after the Church onto Chapel Lane, the land is located on you left after approximately 0.1 miles.
