This house is located15 minutes from downtown Marrakech, Morocco in the heart of the Palmeraie at Bab Atlas. With 6 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 adults and 2 children as well as a wealth of equipment (heated swimming pool, hammam), the villa is also based on an ecological approach: vegetable garden, orchard produce quality fresh products all year round and the villa has its own water treatment plant allowing permanent water recycling, useful for the maintenance of the gardens. Cleverly hidden solar panels provide the villa with hot water most of the year. The pool is AFM filtered, gentler on the eyes, skin and hair and above all more ecological. With 600 m2 of terraces, part of which is protected by pergolas, the house is very pleasant.

The house has two lounges, a bar and a dining room for 12 people.
A Moroccan hammam for two and a massage room for two people are available. You have 300m2 of heated swimming pool (with participation) and a 23m pool which are built around an island shaded by orange trees and palm trees. Sunbathing areas inviting relaxation and a bar where fresh cocktails and smoothies are offered according to the seasons.
Wifi is available throughout the Villa as well as in the garden which covers more than one hectare. Integrated hifi is available in all the living rooms as well as on the pool terrace.
