In an established residential area with good local shops and parks. The A5 is within easy reach, giving a drive time to Milton Keynes and the M1 of around 15 minutes. Leighton Buzzard encourages cycling and riding to the railway station takes about ten minutes.

The town has both a river and a canal running through it and is surrounded by some very pretty countryside with a good choice of long distance walks and off road routes. There is a choice of health clubs in the town, lots of active sports clubs, a swimming pool and leisure center.

The town centre has a twice weekly market and the very extensive leisure, shopping and sports facilities of Milton Keynes are also within very easy reach.
