A number of steps leads up to a rear hall, again with electric under floor heating, with a door to the outside courtyard area. Steps up to the utility room with a further range of base and eye-level kitchen units with space and plumbing for a washing machine and stainless steel sink and drainer.

The stairs continue to the upper level, with the right hand flight of steps provide access to bedroom 2 (double) with window to the front and bedroom 1 (double) with window to the front and to the rear overlooking the private courtyard garden. There is a separate WC with underfloor heating. The stairs, which fork to the left, continue up to the stunning sunroom, which is a very bright and airy room with multiple Velux windows, engineered flooring with underfloor electric heating, patio doors out to the rear courtyard with a small area of decking with steps leading down to the lower area.

Outside - The property benefits from a large, level patio with raised decked area on the front of the property, enabling the splendid views to be admired. There is a lower small area used for a bistro table and chairs to avoid the winds. At the side of the patio a number of steps leads down to a small area of garden with a number of camelias. There is a small pond and under the property there is a door to an undercroft area for storage with an outside tap.
