The upstairs is so spacious and it is great to be able to have big quiet office when working from home. Our neighbours are very friendly and the street sometimes organise social events including, a street party for the jubilee this year. The local area is brilliant - great schools, an amazing local pub and lots of green spaces with Crystal Palace Park only a 10-minute walk away. There are always lots of community festivals and events going on in Penge and the transport links into London are also fantastic with two stations (Penge East and Penge West) close by giving access to a National Rail line to Victoria and the overground".
