Esta conectado a Emasa para agua además de tener pozo propio que funciona bien en Otoño, invierno y Primavera.

Hay pajar interior, duchas y una de las cuadras tiene calefacción para secar los caballos en invierno. Hay un picadero para dar cuerda y tres prados habilitados para los caballos y mucho terreno para mas.

Aparte hay una casita para gallinas y un pequeño estanque para patos y cisnes.
