Gunn is a small hamlet situated just outside the picturesque village of Goodleigh with Post Office, primary school and popular pub. Goodleigh is a charming village, approximately 3 miles outside Barnstaple, offering school and public house. Barnstaple town centre is within easy driving distance and offers an excellent range of amenities including both local and national high street shops, banks and leisure facilities, including cinema and leisure centre, and the North Devon District Hospital just on the periphery of the town. From Barnstaple proceed out of town on the Goodleigh Road and just before exiting the town, take the first right hand turn at the turning to Westacott & Maidenford at Crookmans Cross. Continue along this road following around the left hand bend passing the gates for Tanglewood and heading up the road passing the cross signs towards Bradninch, continue up this road for approx. 3 miles and you will see on your right hand side the entrance for Isaacs Cottage, shared with a five bar gate entrance to a field, continue down the driveway and the house will be at the bottom.
