An incredible property located along the main strip in Sandgate not far from the local shops, bars and cafes.

At the top of the building this lovely summer home is located to the left where you will open the front door into the main hallway. With a little storage cupboard and modern hallway dressing table, you already feel at home and comfortable. A fashionable dual coloured kitchen that has an in built fridge/freezer and dish washer, a gas hob and electric oven with plenty of cupboards and a breakfast bar completes this kitchen with a porthole window that over looks the living room.

Back in the hallway a storage door opens into a perfectly placed utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The last room in the apartment is the magnificent living/dining room decorated in a seaside blue with a mustard colour splash this room not only screams beachside home it also has some of the most incredible views of the English Channel. The room has a table and chairs, a sofa and arm chair plus a TV. This room is so homely and has a calming vibe as does the rest of this property.
