An incredible property located along the main strip in Sandgate not far from the local shops, bars and cafes.

A fashionable dual coloured kitchen that has an in built fridge/freezer and dish washer, a gas hob and electric oven with plenty of cupboards and a breakfast bar completes this kitchen with a porthole window that over looks the living room.
Back in the hallway a storage door opens into a perfectly placed utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The last room in the apartment is the magnificent living/dining room decorated in a seaside blue with a mustard colour splash this room not only screams beachside home it also has some of the most incredible views of the English Channel.
