Built in 2016 it offers stunning and uninterrupted views across the Solent and is surrounded by communal grounds with lawns and seating areas as well as protected woodland. It is approached via the rear of the property where there is an integral garage/boat store with an electronic roller doors and two private parking bays as well as visitor parking.

Once across the threshold you can revel in the quality of this luxurious property and high spec interior incorporating limed oak flooring and a contemporary staircase with glass panels and an oak handrail. This floor includes an internal door to the garage, a boiler room, utility room and cloakroom as well as a superb guest bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Indeed, your visitors will never want to leave as it includes two sets of bi-folding doors to a private terrace with views across to the mainland and where they can watch the boats sailing on the water.

The house is designed to take advantage of the views and nowhere is this better illustrated than the fact that the main living accommodation is on the first floor. Here you will find an awe-inspiring open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with lime washed oak flooring and virtually a wall of bi-folding doors to a glass fronted balcony and a dining area has been designed so you can have a meal while looking out to sea. When the bi-folding doors are open it is almost as if you are on the sea and revelling in the views and the evening sunsets. The sleek kitchen includes attractive flat fronted white units with Corian worktops housing twin Neff ovens, an induction hob, dishwasher and double fridge with a second American style fridge freezer in the garage. Also on this floor is a cloakroom and a double bedroom overlooking the woodland with built in cupboards and en suite facilities. Even more surprises greet you when you walk up to the second floor. Off the spacious landing is a large storage cupboard, access to the roof space, a double bedroom with an en suite shower and the spectacular main bedroom. This has a vaulted ceiling, an en suite contemporary bathroom and bi-folding doors to a superb private roof terrace so you can sit up in bed and enjoy the view or wander onto the terrace taking in the view.

What the Owner says:
I was attracted to this property by its great layout and feeling of positive energy. The Feng Shui of the building is excellent with rising ground to the rear and views to open water at the front.

One of the great things about it, in addition to the wonderful position, are the delightful communal grounds that I can enjoy but don't have to maintain, so it's ideal as a second home or a holiday-let investment which you can 'lock up and go'. The residents who use the grounds create a friendly community and we have regular barbecues and get togethers in the summer.

It is only a short stroll to the sailing club and the quaint Gurnard beach with its coloured beach huts and children's playground and we are not far from the Cowes Golf Club. If you want to have a drink or a meal without worrying about taking the car you can always wander along to The Woodvale where you can enjoy an excellent meal.

It's also an easy walk to the centre of Cowes, a world-renowned sailing centre which hosts Cowes Week every summer. In Cowes there is a plethora of independent shops, chandlers, bars and restaurants as well as museums and art galleries. The famous harbours are home to a wide variety of yachts and pleasure craft.

Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
