A door to the front of the cottage opens into the sitting room, which has a double glazed window with inset window seat and staircase rising to the first floor with handy understairs cupboard.  A door from the sitting room leads into the kitchen which is a good size with ample space for dining table and chairs, fitted with a range of units incorporating gas hob, oven, canopy, wall mounted gas boiler, space for free standing white goods.

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms separated with a central landing and a family bathroom.  Double glazed French doors from the kitchen lead out to the "L" shaped courtyard garden with paving, borders, climber and pedestrian access to the front.
