With an extensive decked sun terrace to two sides, the accommodation opens to impressive open plan living space which incorporates a stylish modern kitchen with integrated appliances including fridge freezer, wine cooler, oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with a central island breakfast bar. There is a dedicated dining area and lounge space in front of twin sets of double doors that open out to the deck.

There is a separate practical utility and cloak room which houses the washing machine and also a separate shower room which presents contemporary fittings and a large walk in shower. Both bedrooms are well-proportioned doubles with built in storage, with the larger of the two having a stylish en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower enclosure.

The second bedroom has a hypoallergenic medical grade far-infrared sauna which is not included with the lodge but for sale and available by separate negotiation. A second single bed would take its place if preferred. Wifi is installed and can be activated and paid for monthly.


This holiday home can be occupied for up to 11 months of the year with site vacation from January 6th - February 6th. It is not mortgageable and the annual ground rent is £3930.00 which includes water. There is no council tax applicable. Electric is billed once annually and gas on consumption. All applications for purchase are assessed by the site management.
