Sammah Independant Chapel was built in 1819 and extended in 1861. The present chapel, dated 1861, is built in the later vernacular and sub-classical style of the long-wall entry type. The chapel is Grade II Listed and is situated on the south side of the minor road through Cwmllinau, some 200m from the A470.
The property is generally in good order and is offered to include all the pitch pine pews and pulpit. Free standing items including organ and chairs are not included.
The property is of stone construction, rendered under a slated roof.
