The property is located on a secure business site on the A414, approximately 1.7 miles from the Four Wantz roundabout at Ongar with easy access to the M11 and the facilities in Chipping Ongar.  Ingatestone is approximately 6.6 miles distant providing access to the A12.  The city of Chelmsford is approximately 9.5 miles distant.

The site has CCTV and security gates. There are separate male and female toilets located in the yard.

The tenant will be responsible for contents insurance.

The tenant to be responsible for non domestic rates if applicable.
