Premises Licence
This permits the sale of alcohol, for consumption both on and off the premises from 9am till 7pm every day of the week.
Tenure
The current lease will be due for renewal on the 4th February 2024. We believe it will be necessary for a new lease to be granted to the purchaser on completion.
