2019 Swift Bordeaux caravan found in excellent condition on the popular site of Warren Bay overlooking the West Somerset Coast. The unit offers 2 bedrooms, well appointed living areas and a fantastic deck with far reaching sea views.

Benefitting from double glazing and gas central heating the unit comprises, open plan living/kitchen/dining space, inner hall, shower room, twin bedroom and master bedroom with ensuite WC. Externally there is a parking space for 1 car and a lovely area of decking from where the sea views can be enjoyed.

Warren Bay Holiday Village is in a truly superb position - about a mile from the bustling harbour town of Watchet, offers everything you could possibly want from a seaside holiday, plus excellent facilities and a superb position in the heart of a host of tourist attractions.

The park also has facilities for 150 touring caravans and tent campers and these pitches have fantastic views out to sea. The holiday homes are quite separate from the tourers and tents, with good roads giving access to all areas, and there is an impression of a beautiful green environment with well-tended grassy areas between caravans and beautiful trees, many of them providing shady areas as their branches meet across the roads. Peter and Virginia Pring have four children who have grown up on the park and who have known many of the long standing home owners and their families all their lives.

There is access down a wooded lane onto the park’s own private beach where children can have hours of entertainment exploring its many pools or hunting for fossils. This part of the coast is designated an 'area of special scientific interest’ because of its ancient rocks which record some 185 million years of the earth’s history. However, if the sea is too chilly for swimming, the park has its own heated swimming pool. Measuring 36ft long by 18ft wide, it is 5ft 6in at the deep end and 3ft 6in at the shallow end. A pool for toddlers is also provided. Other amenities include a children’s play area, a laundry and a shop selling papers and groceries.

Fees - The Pitch fee for 2021 was £3571 including water and electric but excluding gas.

Places of interest

Established in 2013, Red Deer country is an owner run independent firm combining the very best technology and software with traditional values and genuine local knowledge. The internet has revolutionised the way estate agents work and has led to the establishment of many online agents – an undoubted cost saving but often operating from far flung corners of the country they lack any local knowledge or personal touch. Red Deer Country cover the whole of West Somerset but, unlike many traditional agents, we have just one central office meaning we can keep our overheads down and our fees reasonable.

    Broadband availability and predicted speed

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
