Halls Piece is a single-storey family home situated on a quiet no-through lane in the heart of the popular village of Icomb. The front door leads into the reception hall with a fitted cupboard and cloakroom. The attractive drawing room has a central stone fireplace, a gas fire, and a window facing the front gardens. Double sliding doors lead through to the light and spacious garden room with further doors out to the garden, fitted cupboards and then on through to the kitchen, which allows the reception areas to flow nicely. Approached also from the hallway, the fully fitted kitchen has a range of wall and base units, an integrated double oven and a hob with an extractor fan over. There are two double bedrooms further down the hall, with the principal having an en suite with a separate bath and shower. Bedroom two has an en suite shower room. Both bedrooms benefit from extensive fitted wardrobes. Also off the hall and through an archway is the study or occasional bedroom three.
Outside
Halls Piece is approached over a driveway with parking for a number of cars. The gardens are fully enclosed by a mix of Cotswold stone walling and fencing, which wrap around the property. Predominantly laid to lawn, there are well-stocked borders and mature trees with rear south easterly facing terrace offering an ideal spot for al fresco entertaining. A single garage, store room and utility room with fitted units lie to one side of the property

Halls Piece is situated in the idyllic Cotswold village of Icomb, 3 miles to the south of the market town of Stow-on-the-Wold. Icomb is a particularly peaceful village where pretty period properties abound. The historic 13th Century church of St Mary the Virgin features striking Mediaeval carvings and the tomb of Sir John Blaket, who fought with Henry V at Agincourt. Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold provide day-to-day amenities, including supermarkets. Nearby is Daylesford Organic Farm Shop, and more comprehensive facilities can be found in Cheltenham, Cirencester and Oxford. Kingham provides a mainline station that runs into Oxford and London Paddington. The A429 (Fosseway) provides access to Moreton-in-Marsh to the north and Cirencester to the south. The A40 provides access to Cheltenham and Oxford and the M5 and M40 motorways. Schooling in the area is outstanding, including Kitebrook, Tudor Hall, Cheltenham Boys and Ladies', the Cotswold School, and many other popular Cheltenham and Oxford schools. Sporting facilities in the area include racing at Cheltenham and golf courses at Naunton Downs, Lyneham and Burford. The surrounding countryside provides wonderful walking and riding along a network of footpaths, bridleways and byways.
