After about 100 yards bear to the left towards the Crematorium. After a few hundred yards follow the road around sharply to the left towards Kehelland. Drive to the next junction. Turn right and drive down the hill through Kehelland. Pass the Kehelland Trust Plants and Produce Centre on the left-hand side and after about a further 40 yards, turn left (unsignposted). Drive along the lane, through an open yard and the barn will be seen to the front on the far side.

Services - Water: It is envisaged that the Purchaser may sink a bore hole within the grounds. The Vendor will grant all necessary rights to trench and lay a water supply over the adjoining field to the north in order to lay, if desired, a mains water supply from the north-eastern corner of the field, subject to making good all damage caused. The Vendor will reserve the right to lay additional alkathene water pipes in the trench and in exercising this right would then contribute 50% of the cost of digging the trench across the field.

Electricity: There is a mains electricity pole close by.

Drainage: Private drainage systems will be necessary and these are to be contained within the boundaries of the property.
