Location:

Crewe lies about 35 miles south of Manchester and 24 miles south east of Chester. It can be accessed via the A534, A500 and A530 with the M6 motorway lying just to the east, which can be accessed via junctions 16 and 17. Crewe railway station is one of largest stations in the north west and is a mjor interchange on the West Coast Mainline providing regsional rail services as well as regular direct services to London Euston, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Birmingham. Manchester Airport lies about 30 miles to the north.

The subject property lies to the east of the town centre on the south side of Flour Mill Way, which runs east from Crewe Green Road (A534) and opposite Bannatyne Health Club in a mainly commercial location.
